School & Sports Photos

Schools-
Having an organized and a seamless picture day is as important to us as is to you. We
work with the school administration to collect information as needed for sorting
packages, providing yearbook CD and an administrative CD. Information cards are
provided for the participants to present at the camera and traffic control is addressed
first thing on the big day. Cashiers are provided if money is to be collected and care is
considered by the photographers to check for obvious hair, jewelry, and clothing items
that might need attention. A make up picture day can be scheduled in the spring.
We combine a wide range of products to satisfy parents, students and the school with
15 years of experience working closely with all three of these groups. We enjoy working
with public, private or home schooling CO-OP. Robert has had the pleasure of working
for a public school for three years and taught both teens and adolescents in church.
Because my wife and I have chosen to home school our own children, we offer a special
discount for home school groups.
Daycares-
In these demanding times parents/ guardians are often required to work long hours
and often two jobs in order to make ends meet. Time and money are luxuries that the
majority of us do not have enough of. We would like to help you spend more your off
time playing with your kids and less time rushing to meet an photo appointment. Twice
a year we can set up at your daycare and take your child's photos. During the summer
when all the kids are out of school and at Christmas time when we can schedule Santa
to stop by to provide a jolly lap for your child to sit on. Talk to your daycare provider to
set it up.
Sports-
¤ Team-
We believe it is very important to work with the sports coordinators closely in order to
present a products that is worthy of showcasing their teams. Team photos are a great
way to boost fund raising sales for your schools sports teams or private organizations.
We professionally organize sessions to photograph cheerleaders, gymnastic teams,
martial arts, football, baseball, softball, soccer, golf and many others. We work with all
ages and all group sizes and offer dozens of products to chose from. Invite us to your
Leagues, as well as Tournaments and we would be happy to photograph those as well.
¤ Individual-
In today’s world of inexpensive high tech personal cameras, some families are taking
their own individual sports photographs of their children and proclaiming: “Well, that’s
good enough!” For some it might be, but for those who want that professional look at an
economical price, we are here for you. We expect more from ourselves than just good
enough. We prefect the techniques and understand our professional equipment so that
our products stand out above the rest. We are happy to shoot at your home, on the
sports field, gym or in our studio with 250 green screen backgrounds.
Senior Portraits-
¤ In Studio- (Multiple Outfits & Poses)
Sittings typically last 30 minutes to 1 1/2 hours in the studio or on studio grounds. We
have several backgrounds to chose from and our landscaped grounds includes an
orchard, creek and flower/ prayer garden.
¤ On Location Within 30 Miles of Studio- (Multiple Outfits & Poses)
You pick the location and we will be happy to meet you there. These sessions can last
30 minutes to 1 1/2 hours depending on your needs. (Customer must take care of any
fees that may be required to shoot on that location including parking and entrance fees!)
¤ Formal & Informal
Senior Portraits are designed to the individual needs of the client. We encourage taking
this opportunity to take both formal and informal pictures during this session.

How to Prepare-
¤ Start Early
The best time to think about Senior Portraits is during the Junior year because the best
time to make your photos are during the spring and summer before Senior year.
¤ Schedule a Pre-Session Meeting
If possible the future senior and their guardian(s)) can set up a meeting with us before
the holiday season of their junior year. We us this meeting to make the clients aware of
all the options available in their session (for example- backgrounds, props, print sizes
and Face book CD).
¤ Dress For Success
In more formal shots bare shoulders or tops with “spaghetti straps” often make the
subject look heavier and take the eye away from the face. Bright colors and bold stripes
also draw the eye away from the face. More informal portraits give you more variety in
clothing and color.
Proms, Dances & Special Events-
CI Coordinate with the planning committee–
Every class wants to set itself apart from the rest, we can help them make their events
do just that. If you can imagine the perfect theme, we can help you preserve the
memory of it.
¤ Custom Backgrounds- (Designed Fabric or Green Screen)
We offer more than 250 Green Screen backgrounds and dozens of fabric options
¤ Individual Photo Packages- (Designed Fabric or Green Screen)
plus the capability to post the event on Face book or other social media networks within
days.
